We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chief Quality Engineer to join our Quality Department. In this role, you will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure imported and exported automotive parts meet quality standards and customer requirements. You will play a key role in quality issue management, supplier quality assurance, audits, corrective actions, and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality-related activities among customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Investigate and resolve product quality issues using appropriate quality tools and methodologies.

• Manage customer complaints, supplier claims, and quality reports.

• Monitor and drive corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure.

• Participate in customer and supplier quality audits.

• Review and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, audit reports, and quality standards.

• Support supplier quality improvement initiatives and quality performance monitoring.

• Provide technical consultation on quality-related matters.

• Lead and coordinate quality activities to achieve quality KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical), International Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (OEM or Tier 1/2 supplier) is preferable

• Experience with quality tools such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, and problem-solving methodologies

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and automotive parts specifications

• Good command of English (TOEIC 600+)

• Able to work at Prachinburi

• Able to work on some Saturdays (not over 2 days per month depending on company calendar)
