IT Engineer/IT Helpdesk Engineer

Job Description:

  • Manages and coordinates all IT-related matters including data, wireless, telephony, security, mobile, computer hardware and software.
  • Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Monitors network utilization and performance, implements procedures for network optimization, reliability, and availability.
  • Identify problem areas and implement strategic solution in time.
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT department.
  • Coordinate and supervise IT staff members.
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Adhoc tasks and projects assigned by management.

Skills & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree IT or Computer.
  • 3-5 years up manages and coordinate all IT related with international/global company.
  • Window 7, 10, MS Office 2010, Networking.
  • Citrix environment and standard software also hardware support.
  • Strong Leadership, Cooperation, Presentation, Reporting.
  • Work flexibility, Problem solving and Can do Attitude.
  • Excellent in English skills (presentation, speaking,reading, writing).
