Executive - Sales Group Insurance (Broker Channel)


  • Key point of contact between company and broker /agents; seeking prospects and new business opportunity and proposing products & services to them.
  • Answering queries, presenting the advantages or specific characteristic of products or services, offering group insurance proposal, advice and finding total solutions to them and make them trust in our products and services and finally win the deal.
  • Supporting and serving our partners with good service-mind to retain the existing clients. Including preparation of renewal proposal, negotiation in term of pricing & conditions to business partners within timeline.
  • Well-coordinating with Group Operation Team (Policy Servicing Team and Claim Team).


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
  • 1-2 years working experience (will be advantage).
  • Being able to work in a sales driven environment with business partners. 
  • Good command of English both written and spoken and computer literacy.
