Take full responsibility for the end-to-end management and delivery of Solar Farm projects in Thailand, covering project development, preparation, construction, commissioning, grid connection, operation, and project handover.

Lead and control key project activities, including project schedule, budget, construction progress, quality, materials, and resources, to ensure projects are completed on time and according to requirements.

Coordinate closely with project owners, EPC contractors, suppliers, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and resolve issues or project bottlenecks effectively.

Monitor and manage Solar Farm construction and installation activities, including PV modules, inverters, transformers, cables, electrical systems, civil works, and other related equipment.

Manage key project milestones from construction through testing, commissioning, and grid connection, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and relevant Thai regulations.

Review and coordinate EPC contractor performance, progress reports, payment applications, and project documentation.

Work closely with headquarters and internal departments to ensure company project management standards, processes, and reporting requirements are properly implemented in Thailand.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Solar Farm project management, project delivery, construction, or EPC projects in Thailand.

Strong experience in Solar Farm projects is highly preferred, especially candidates who have been involved in projects from construction through commissioning and grid connection.

Good understanding of Solar Farm construction processes, including electrical, civil, installation, testing, commissioning, and grid connection activities.

Familiar with PV system equipment and materials, such as PV modules, inverters, transformers, cables, switchgear, and related electrical systems.

Good knowledge of Thai regulations, permits, and procedures related to Solar Farm development, construction, and grid connection.

PMP certification is an advantage.

Able to communicate and work effectively in Thai and English. Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Willing to travel to Solar Farm project sites in Thailand and also abroad trip for training at Bhutan as required.

Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, coordination, and execution skills with the ability to independently manage stakeholders at different levels.
