  ตำแหน่ง PD/IE - Production Supervisor / Industrial Engineer

Job Description:

Executes of product's testing requirements and perform a day-to-day test engineering support for both NPI and MP lines to achieve production output requirement. 

Your main role is to:

• Production line management. Arrange production activities according to production plan.

• Management of raw material and finish good.

• Management and application of fixtures and tools.

• Check and Audit for the quality of first piece.

• Shop floor control, audit and supervision.

• Transferring and tracking for the mass production of new product.

• Exploring, reflecting and taking action for production issue.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Measurement Engineering; Industrial Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Industrial Design; Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Production control industry (with supervisory function for some business groups)

• Strong inter-personal skill and leadership

• Good command of both spoken and written English. (Chinese is plus)

• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

Your main role is to:

• Plan and execute tester setup projects for efficient testing.

• Coordinate with production and design teams to address test-related issues.

• Review and address tester downtime, ensuring productivity.

• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.

• Generate test programs, design fixtures, and validate equipment.

• Monitor preventive maintenance for optimal setup performance.

• Conduct training for Test Technicians and operators to enhance proficiency.

 Who are we looking for?

• Experience in designing test setups based on Product Specifications and schematic diagrams.

• New Graduate open Electrical Engineer / Mechatronic Engineer prefer.

• Experience in repairs and maintenance of electronic equipment is advantageous.

• Proficient in computer skills.

• Ability to supervise technical personnel effectively.

• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of programming and equipment controls via GPIB/HPIB interface card.

• Knowledge of visual basic programming or other object-oriented programming languages such as C++, C#, VB6, or Python.
  

We are looking for a Mechanical engineer who will be a part of our teams and help us advance mechanical products as following detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for equipment including machines, jigs and tooling to ensure stable and continuous operation.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines, tooling and related equipment.

• Improve machine performance, reliability, and cycle time through root cause analysis and system optimization.

• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, failures, or areas for improvement.

• Create and maintain machine status reports, including daily/weekly breakdown summaries, downtime analysis, and improvement action tracking.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, industrial engineer) to resolve issues and implement improvements.

• Support machine installation, commissioning, and modifications as needed.

• Assist in audit preparations and respond to corrective actions (IATF16949, ISO9001).

• Be available for night shift work and provide on-site support during critical production periods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer and related field

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, quality tools, and root cause analysis.

•  0–3 years’ experience in manufacturing (automotive experience preferred).

• Able to work night shifts as required.

• Able to work weekend if needed (overtime).

• Able to communicate with English (verbal and written)

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
