Assistant Manager – Health Customer Experience

Job Purpose:

Customer experience Assistant Manager is responsible for the processes that use to track, monitor and optimize all customer interactions. This position will help Senior Manager to design the customer "life cycle," which includes all the steps customers go through when interacting with organizations. The major goal is to foster customer engagement at each step and to improve the experiences customers have with organizations, with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction.

Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:  

  • Assist the Senior Manager in developing and implementing the customer roadmap to ensure the customer satisfaction
  • Drive the customers value through data analysis on both internal and external data to provide customer behavior insights to assist in developing customer strategy, segmentation and customers performance monitoring
  • Develop and build the customer roadmap; develop and execute communication strategy to build customer engagement and increase lifetime value, by engaging customers with personalized, targeted, relevant marketing communications
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the customer campaigns align with company’s strategy
  • Conduct data validation, ongoing tracking of customers/marketing campaigns/ initiatives results so as to maximize customer experience & business opportunities
  • Work with stakeholders to design and build relevant, fun and engaging activities/program for customers (Customer Engagement and Campaigns Management)
  • Plan, coordinate and execute the customer campaigns - from ideation to execution (including analytics, evaluation and reporting) for increasing customer engagement

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related fields
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in CRM Marketing Experience or related field.
  • Highly organized and details oriented with ability to manage multiple stakeholders from cross functional teams.
  • Knowledgeable on database marketing and database management
  • Experience in working with customer data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent analytical skill with good project management skill.
  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically and understand relational data.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing landscape, tools and technology, and campaign launch.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration
