CUSTOMS AND LOGISTICS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - MANIFACTURING

Our client is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Senior Administrator / Executive to join their Operations team in Thailand. You will sit at the center of the inbound and outbound supply chain, coordinating customs brokers, freight forwarders and 3PL partners, keeping shipments moving, and making sure every transaction lands accurately in the system. The overall responsibilities are outlined as follows:

• Own import and export formalities end-to-end, including HS codes, type approvals, import restrictions, certifications and exemptions.

• Liaise daily with Customs Brokers, 3PL warehouses and Freight Forwarders to ensure timely, compliant delivery of goods and consistent status reporting.

• Ensure inbound goods are received in the system promptly, with correct landed costs.

• Keep Sales informed with timely order status updates and ensure accuracy of all system transactions.

• Run monthly inventory reconciliation with 3PL partners to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Manage customer billing in the system, generate invoices, and coordinate with 3PL warehouses to ensure on-time dispatch.

• Track shipments proactively to guarantee on-time delivery to customers.

• Provide Sales with regular updates on billing and shipment status.

• Coordinate with transporters to pick up shipments from suppliers in India and ensure timely arrival at the warehouse.

• Work with Sales, buyers and 3PL warehouses to process RA & RTV requests promptly and accurately upon approval.

• Hold service providers, including forwarders, 3PL, transporters and brokers, accountable for timely, contract-accurate billing.

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of Customs processes and regulations, including import & export procedures, HS classification, compliance and documentation requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 4–5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• A collaborative, team-first mindset.

• Solid grasp of administrative and clerical procedures and terminology. 

You will be a key link between the warehouse, logistics partners and sales teams, with real ownership over how smoothly goods move across borders and into customers' hands.
