Position : Program Administrator
Location : Ayutthaya
About the role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Fresh Graduate to join our Program Management team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data and system support, managing data uploading, calculating sales forecasts, and coordinating crucial engineering changes (ECO/ECN).
Key responsibilities
Data Management & Uploading: Maintain and upload accurate customer orders, schedules, and project data into the internal ERP system.
Forecast & Demand Analysis: Compile and support the calculation of customer sales forecasts and analyze demand consistency.
Data Validation: Review and compare customer documentation against internal data to ensure 100% accuracy before production begins.
ECO/ECN Coordination: Manage and track internal Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) across technical departments.
Admin Support: Generate internal DAs and provide general administrative assistance to the team.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or any related field (Fresh Graduates are highly welcome).
0 - 3 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) or a manufacturing environment
Mature, business-minded, and customer service-oriented
Available to work at Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya
