HR Manager/ผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all HR functions such as compensation & benefits, employee relations, training budgets, recruitment, and General HR & General Administration affairs.
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
  • Developing and improving all HR systems and activities such as organization development plans as per company policies. 
  • Assessing the organizational culture in order to ensure an environment where employees’ satisfaction is high and where people practices reinforce the desired results.
  • Preparing overall rules, regulations and policies of company.
  • Preparing and processing of monthly payroll for employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct and/or special payroll deductions.
  • Handling the administration of the electronic timekeeping system.  Setup each employee, monitor submission of approved timesheets, and ensure valid data transfer to/from payroll system.
  • Establishing/maintaining employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; reviewing changes for proper authorization and adherence to company policy including compliance with regulations/Laws.
  • Works on special projects as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality, aged 35-45 years old.
  • 5-8 years’ experience in General HR functions.
  • Bachelor degree in HRM, HRD or any related fields.
  • Good interpersonal skills, mature person with a positive attitude.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated and achievement-oriented.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Thai Labour law and employee relations management.
  • Results oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid project management and coordination skills for contacting with people from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Committed to work efficiency & effectiveness.
