Responsibilities:

• Providing support to users (warehouse staff) to ensure they understand how to use logistics systems efficiently.

• Offering technical assistance to resolve issues related to WMS / PTL, whether it's a technical bug or a user error

• Identifying and suggesting ways to optimize logistics operations using the system.

• Ensure all WMS / PTL are always functions & reliable toward zero downtime.

• Providing training to new users and ongoing training to existing users, ensuring that they understand the system's capabilities and how to use it effectively.

• Creating and maintaining user manuals.

• Escalate issue to support team service by creating incident ticket and handle / follow up until issue resolve.

• Supporting the creation of dashboards or other visualizations to help stakeholders quickly interpret logistics data

• Supporting system adjustments to accommodate changes in business operations, such as improvement project or additional warehouses requirement.

• Working with third-party vendors or service providers that supply logistics software, hardware, or other services. This includes coordinating support, troubleshooting issues, and managing service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.

• Collect data from WMS or any sources such as databases and Interpret the data to generate reports that help to analysis as request

• Work with third-party vendors, carriers, or service providers to integrate delivery tracking API systems.

• Use historical data to forecast usage of supply.

• Use analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau and Alteryx to gather data.

• Handling other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse systems, logistic systems, or a related field.

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other logistics & supply chain systems is preferred.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve system issues.

• Prefer to have experience with SQL, Tableau and Data Analysis tools.

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with users, internal teams, and external vendors.

• Good command of English and computer skills.
