Area Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies (Multi Brand Store Channel)
  • Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Daily supervision of retail operations
  • Monitor the quality of retail product, and address employee relations
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
  • Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with partner/clients’ needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments including Internal Team to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members

 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a cosmetic & beauty industry preferred
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Office)
  • Possessing presentation, negotiation, leadership, communication and business management skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
