Core Responsibilities:

• Encourages team to make and meet execution commitments and removes impediments to the team
  

• Encourages the team to establish and meet quality standards
  

• Facilitates team ceremonies – Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospectives to guide work execution & Continuous Improvement
  

• Implements effective backlog management; Keep the status of all work up to date in the backlog through backlog grooming in order to generate standard metrics to improve team performance
  

• Acts as Internal Team Coach - Equip Agile knowledge for team
  

• Collaborates with the Product Owner, System Architect and Delivery Team to establish and update Working Agreements on execution plans, priorities, capacity, definition of ready, definition of done
  

• Collaborates with RTE in Scrum of Scrum and helps to facilitate PI planning
  

Specific:

• Facilitate Skill Bingo (Skill assessment) and collaborate with architect to grow team skill gaps

• Ensure team skill readiness managing team capacity for team learning, enabling skill level up

• Drive high performing team by improving of team effectiveness and team dysfunction score

• Ensure knowledge retention while resource changes

• Incident management through EM practices

• Ensure ADO Board data quality

• New team member onboarding
