Investment Banking Associate/Senior Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Performing financial analysis and formulating in-depth financial models.

  • Conducting due diligence and in-dept understanding of clients' business and industry

  • Formulating and executing financial and commercial strategies for clients 

  • Preparing pitch deck, Information Memorandum, and other presentations and documents as required by clients

  • Preparing documents required by related regulators, such as SEC and SET

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related disciplines with outstanding academic record

  • Relevant experience in Investment Banking or other Financial sector (for higher position)

  • Strong knowledge of quantitative financial and financial modeling skills

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.

  • Excellent English communication
