Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and brand engagement across restaurant brands.

• Manage paid and organic media across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).

• Develop content strategies aligned with promotions, new menu launches, seasonal campaigns, and CRM activities.

• Coordinate with designers and agencies to produce digital assets.

• Monitor and optimize campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Engagement Rate).

• Manage media budgets to ensure effective spending aligned with business targets.

• Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Operations and CRM teams to support O2O initiatives and delivery platforms.

• Manage influencer/KOL collaborations.

• Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or consumer business.

• Strong hands-on experience in media buying and campaign optimization.

• Proven track record in managing sizable digital media budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in digital reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).

• Experience in O2O marketing, CRM integration, or food delivery ecosystem is highly preferred.

• Leadership capability with experience coordinating agencies and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.

• Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations.
