Control product quality in accordance with the company’s Quality and Food Safety Policy, and participate in the development and improvement of the company’s quality management system.

Prepare, review, and control work instructions, manuals, procedures, and standards related to the quality management system.

Monitor and control quality processes to ensure compliance with established requirements and standards.

Manage and follow up on non-conformities, including corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate and support audits conducted by Certification Bodies (CB), customers, and government authorities, ensuring that audits are completed successfully.

Manage and control the department’s budget effectively and efficiently.

Prepare, review, and summarize quality management reports and performance data for presentation to management and ensure timely submission into the relevant systems.

Promote and develop a strong Food Safety Culture, including monitoring compliance, identifying issues, and reporting improvement actions to management.

Provide training, coaching, and on-the-job guidance to subordinates to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties correctly and understand the importance of quality and food safety.

Implement departmental action plans, arrange appropriate work substitution plans, and prepare and maintain Job Descriptions (JD) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.

Perform other duties and participate in projects as assigned to support the company’s objectives and organizational goals.
