Assistant General Manager – Sales & Business Development (Up to 120k)

Responsibilities:
• Grow sales.
• Set sales plan and deliver budget.
• Keep and grow our key accounts.
• Find new customers in medical, semiconductor and data storage, automotive, and
FMCG.
• Build strong relationships with the people who make buying decisions.
• Lead important negotiations and contracts. Ensure customers stay long term.
• Lead the team. Hire, train, build and coach a strong Sales and Customer Service
team.
• Set clear targets.
• Protect the margin. Manage pricing and product mix. Balance good prices with good
profit. Sell on value, not only on low price.
• Work with the factory. Work closely with NPI, Engineering, Production, and Finance.
Make sure what we sell, we can produce and deliver well. Share market and
competitor information with the team.
