Operations Director
Job Description

Business
  • Managing and ensuring the execution of operating standards that optimize returns on assets and increase sales and improve profits.
  • Analyzing and reporting on weekly P&L, sales and profits to ensure accurate and timely financial tracking reports.
  • Developing and recommending operating plans, training budgets and various other budgets in addition to ensure compliance with established budgetary guidelines.
  • Ensuring crisis management systems are followed as required to maintain efficient operations.
  • Ensuring good public relations efforts as required to enhance and preserve a good company image.
  • Participating in key decision making with the Executive Team.
  • Overseeing capital expenditure budgets/projects.
  • Performing various other duties as assigned by the General Manager/CEO
Sales
  • Setting sales targets for the responsible areas and driving sales to ensure the achievement of targets.
  • Evaluating sales trends and taking appropriate actions to close sales gaps.
  • Providing input to the Operations team on local programs to maximize sales growth.
People
  • Preparing agreements for the appropriate Human Resources Manager and General Manager, taking appropriate employment actions to ensure the quality of management and proper staffing levels.
  • Leading the team to create, develop and update any related procedures/systems and operational manuals.
  • Coaching, counselling and developing the Operations team in the achievement of company standards and their personal development plans.
  • Evaluating and ensuring proper training phases are successfully completed for all company restaurant personnel in relation to their development.
  • Utilizing communication processes to ensure all staff are aware of expectations and performance standards.
Customer
  • Ensuring the success of “Customer Focus” processes, i.e. customer's experience, customer’s complaints, customer service, etc.
  • Being the Champion of product quality and customer services. 
Qualifications
  • Thai nationality, aged between 40-50 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management or any related field.
  • Direct experience in management of store operations or in the food business.
  • Excellence knowledge/experience in food/retail business. Experience with budgets, P&L statements, capital expenditure and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of standards or food safety and sanitation audits.
  • Strong skills in driving for results.
  • Strong in people management and development.
  • Good command of English.
