Sale Manager
Responsibilities
  • Mapping potential customers and generating leads.
  • Being responsible for brand promotion, strategies and lead conversions.
  • Being responsible for post-sales services and client relationship management.
  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Planning and overseeing advertising and promotion activities, including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Ensuring the effective control of marketing results and maintenance of designated budgets.
  • Overseeing and evaluating market research.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Directing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly.
  • Directing market channel development activities.
  • Reviewing and analysing sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Experience / Requirements 
  • An understanding of the Cambodian market and culture. Direct experience in Cambodia of more than 2 years is a must.
  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience with progressive management experience in Food and Beverage only.
  • Excellent motivational and leadership skills, and the ability to inspire performance.
  • Strong management skills. 
  • The ability to speak Khmer is a plus.
