Duties: 

• •    Sales of polymer / plastic raw materials for molding to manufacturing customers.
  •    Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and find new business opportunities.
  •    Visit customers, understand their material requirements, and propose suitable products.
  •    Prepare and negotiate price, quantity, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
  •    Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding orders, stock, delivery, and documentation.
  •    Follow up on sales orders, delivery schedules, and customer payments.
  •    Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities.
  •    Communicate with overseas suppliers / regional teams in English when required.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in a Japanese trading or manufacturing company

• Having a background of plastic business Must

• Knowledge/experience in polymer or plastic materials for molding is highly preferable

• English communication skills (equivalent to TOEIC 650+)

• Good personality with logical and service-minded attitude

• Have a driving license (Company car is provided)
