Junior Accountant

Office location: Bangpu, Samut Prakarn

Training location (2 months): MRT Silom (company supports transportation allowance)

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.15-17.15 + every other Saturday

Great opportunity for Jr. Accountant who wants to grow in Japanese trading companies


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 2+ years' experience in accounting especially AP/AR (full-loop)

  • Intermediate English (able to communicate & interviewed partially in English)

  • Basic knowledge and experience using accounting software; handling internet banking and cheque payments.

  • Experience in e-Withholding Tax, VAT-registered businesses, tax/social security filings, and online/intranet business systems are beneficial


Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily finance operations, including AP/AR, cash and bank transactions, payments, receipts, and petty cash.

  • Prepare and verify withholding tax documents, perform bank/cash reconciliation, and support tax-related filings.

  • Prepare daily/monthly financial reports and provide general support to the Accounting Department.

  • Coordinate with the Japanese manager and Thai finance team; basic English communication is sufficient.
