NIPPON PAINT D-ACT CO., LTD. is currently seeking a qualified, dedicated, and detail-oriented professional to join our organization as a Quality Control (QC) Water-Based & Solvent-Based PaintStaff is a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial coatings and related products. The company specializes in industrial spray paint manufacturing, as well as retail and wholesale operations for paints and coating products.

Working Location
109/21-22 Moo 9, Suan Luang Subdistrict, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon 74110, Thailand

Working Schedule
Monday – Friday (5 working days per week)

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

  • Conduct laboratory testing on water-based and solvent-based paints in accordance with company standards and specifications.

  • Operate laboratory equipment such as Viscometer, pH Meter, Gloss Meter, Spectrophotometer, and other testing instruments.

  • Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Investigate quality issues and collaborate with Production, R&D, and other related departments to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

  • Comply with the company's Quality Management System, Safety regulations, and ISO requirements.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

    • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Coating Technology, or a related field.

    • At least 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control within the paint (Must), coatings, chemical, or manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are also welcome to apply.

    • Knowledge of water-based and solvent-based paint testing is an advantage.

    • Experience using laboratory testing equipment and quality control instruments.

    • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

    • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Good command of English is an advantage.
