About the role

The Air Freight Sales Supervisor role involves developing Air Freight business for both Import and Export services within assigned markets and customer segments. The position is expected to actively develop new business opportunities while supporting the achievement of overall departmental sales, revenue, shipment volume, and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Air Freight business for both Import and Export services within assigned markets and customer segments

• Identify and approach potential importers, exporters, and prospective customers to create new business opportunities

• Develop new customers and new traffic, with particular focus on Chachoengsao, Prachinburi, and Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat)

• Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs, present logistics services, and identify opportunities for business expansion

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and business follow-up

• Prepare, issue, and monitor quotations through Q-Manager / WebCargo

• Prepare and conduct professional sales presentations and logistics solution proposals

• Negotiate freight rates, service pricing, credit terms, and other commercial conditions with customers

• Monitor individual sales activities and performance against assigned targets

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in Airline Business or a related field is preferred

• Experience in Sales, Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Import-Export, or a related business

• Experience in Air Freight Sales is an advantage

• Proven experience in new customer acquisition and business development

• Experience in managing and expanding existing customer accounts

• Willingness to regularly visit customers and develop new business in Chachoengsao, Prachinburi, and Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat)

• Good knowledge of Air Freight Import & Export services and operations

• Good understanding of Incoterms 2020

• Experience in preparing quotations and commercial proposals

• Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
