We are looking for a dedicated and proactive SHE Officer to join our team at Mon Logistics Service. In this role, you will be the key person responsible for ensuring all land logistics and workplace operations meet the highest safety standards. You will not only monitor compliance but also inspire a culture of safety among our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Standards & Monitoring: Set and monitor safety standards for the work area, road conditions, and traffic through regular risk assessments.

• Training & Awareness: Lead safety training sessions (Orientation, Safety Talks, Safety Week) to build good safety behavior and awareness among employees.

• Equipment Inspection: Inspect machinery, vehicles, fire protection equipment, and PPE to ensure everything is in top working condition.

• Contractor Management: Oversee contractors, suppliers, and visitors to ensure they strictly follow company safety procedures.

• Compliance & Reporting: Prepare and submit legal documents (จปว. / คปอ.) to the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare in a timely manner.

• Health & Risk Management: Conduct alcohol/drug screenings for drivers and monitor environmental hazards to prevent workplace illnesses and accidents.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.

• Certification: Professional Safety Officer Certification (Thai Legal) is strictly required.

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in safety, occupational health, and environment (Junior level).

• Industry Knowledge: Must have knowledge of GMP & HACCP Management and food production safety requirements.

• Skills: Strong coordination, investigation, and data analysis skills.

• Personality: Accountable, proactive (Initiative), and has a strong "Safety Awareness" mindset.

• Availability: Must be able to work at the factory site Monday to Saturday.
