About the role

Minimice Group is a Bangkok-based digital marketing and performance agency specializing in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and AI SEO, operating across Thailand and the Philippines. This is a manager-level SEO Team Lead role where you will own the SEO department's output, manage a team of SEO executives/specialists, and take full accountability for client account performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, hire, and develop a team of SEO executives/specialists — set goals, run performance reviews, and handle day-to-day people management
• Own the SEO department's strategy, quality standards, and delivery across the full client portfolio (technical SEO, on-page, content, off-page/link building)
• Take accountability for account retention and performance outcomes — escalation point for at-risk clients
• Plan team resourcing/workload across accounts and manage capacity as the client base grows
• Conduct and review SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor gap analysis produced by the team
• Monitor performance via Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools; report on traffic, rankings, and conversions to agency leadership
• Present strategy and performance updates directly to clients (in English)
• Coordinate with content, paid media, and web development teams/leads for cross-channel alignment
• Own SLAs and delivery timelines across all accounts under the department
• Stay current on search algorithm updates, AI search/AEO trends, and industry best practices; bring new methodology into the team

About you

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior role
• Proven experience managing SEO for multiple client accounts simultaneously (agency experience preferred)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) — required for client communication, reporting, and internal documentation
• Proficiency with SEO/analytics tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs (or similar), SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and off-page SEO
• Experience managing or mentoring a team
• Comfortable presenting data and strategy to clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience in retail, real estate, or dental/healthcare verticals a plus (given agency client base)
