JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Junior Position (1 Positions)

• Develop and maintain Front-end, Back-end, and REST API for internal business systems.

• Integrate applications with ERP systems (D365 F&O / Infor Syteline) and related databases.

• Develop system features based on business requirements and resolve bugs within agreed timelines.

• Perform Unit Testing and work with QA teams for system testing and defect resolution.

• Participate in Code Reviews and maintain relevant technical documentation.

• Deploy applications according to the team's development and release processes.

• Work closely with Business Analysts, users, and cross-functional teams.

• Explore and apply new technologies, including AI and Automation, to improve productivity

Senior Position (1 Position)

• Design System Architecture and Technical Design for major features or modules.

• Lead development teams and ensure delivery according to project milestones.

• Manage and improve CI/CD processes, system Performance, Security, and Scalability.

• Coach and mentor Junior and Mid-Level Developers.

• Support Production systems and perform Root Cause Analysis when incidents occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Software Development experience:

•  Junior: 2 years of experience, or fresh graduates with relevant project experience/portfolio.

• Senior: 5+ years of Full-Stack Development experience with team leadership experience.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience with at least one Front-end Framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.

• Experience with Back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Python, or Java.

• Knowledge of REST API, SQL, and Git.

• Experience with ERP Integration, Cloud, Docker, or CI/CD is an advantage.

• Good communication, teamwork, ownership, and willingness to learn.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in System Integration with ERP or other business systems.

• Understanding of rice mill / rice trading business processes.

• Experience with AI Coding Tools or Automation.

• For Senior candidates: experience in Software Architecture, DevOps, and Team Leadership.

Able to visit Manufacturing Plant @NSN, SBR at least once a month or more.
