The Opportunity

Our client is a leading international specialty chemicals company looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to manage and grow key customers and distribution partners within the Personal Care market.
The role combines key account management, distributor management and business development, with responsibility for driving sales growth, developing new opportunities and strengthening strategic customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of medium to large, complex customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders.
  • Drive distributor performance through sales targets, growth plans and regular reviews.
  • Identify new customers, applications and channels to market.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to deliver revenue and volume growth.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contract discussions.
  • Gather market and competitor intelligence to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Anticipate customer needs and develop solutions to retain and expand business.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain and other internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within the Personal Care market.
  • Background in personal care/cosmetic ingredients, specialty chemicals or related formulation solutions.
  • Strong key account management and commercial sales experience.
  • Experience working with distributors or channel partners.
  • Strong negotiation, business development and customer relationship skills.
  • Able to independently develop account strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Chemistry, Engineering or a related field.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Comfortable using CRM and Microsoft 365; exposure to Power BI or AI tools is advantageous.
