Responsible for supporting domestic and overseas sales operations, including purchasing, sales transactions, documentation, delivery coordination, inventory management, and payment monitoring. The role ensures accurate and timely operations in line with customer, supplier, and company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and sales operations for domestic and overseas customers, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in the ERP system.

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouses, and logistics teams to ensure smooth import, export, and local delivery operations.

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize aging stock.

• Prepare and manage operational documents, billing, tax invoices, and customer-required documentation.

• Coordinate with the Accounting Department to monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) and support timely payment processing.

• Support daily operations and provide customer service to ensure smooth business transactions and customer satisfaction.
  

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or higher in International Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related fields. 

• At least 0-1 years up in import/export field

• New graduate is also welcomed

• Good command in computer program (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query)

• Good command of English Skill (TOEIC 550+)

• Able to work on some Saturdays (not over 2 days per month depending on company calendar)
