Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to monitor stock movements of raw materials and finished goods.

• Control stock adjustments and investigate inventory variances.    

• Ensure theoretical stock quantity and value match physical inventory counts.  

• Incharge of monthly and annual stock take activities.      

• Month end processing on inventory, and reconcile stock and able to identify the variance.                

• Monitor cost of goods produced in coordination with the Plant Manager and Finance Manager.

• Track cost discrepancies and prepare variance analysis.      

• Prepare monthly closing reports related to manufacturing costs.    

• Support preparation of annual budget and cost forecasts.        

• Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting activities.                  

• Review, code, vendor invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts (three-way matching) for goods receipt at the factory and record in the system.              

• Track maximum stock level and run raw material stock balance report, and execute stock-cutting for imports and exports.

• Register new item via BOI electronic systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Tools

• Good command in English communication 

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Build good relationships and interact with people.

• Flexible and proactive approach to work.

• Can-do attitude.
