About the role

Warehouse Audit Officer responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining styling props and accessories inventory to ensure readiness for production use at all times.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage, control, and store styling props and accessories to ensure they are ready for use at all times

  • Receive, record, track equipment usage and returns

  • Create asset lists related to photography across pre-production, production, and post-production phases

  • Check equipment condition and perform basic maintenance

  • Control movement and borrowing of items between studio, teams, and partners

  • Organize storage areas systematically for easy retrieval and use

  • Summarize reports on equipment usage, damage, loss, and replacement orders

  • Coordinate with Creative, Producer, and Visual Team to prepare props according to campaign requirements

  • Approve equipment borrowing and returns for photography

  • Report losses or damage to department head and suggest improvements to storage or inventory systems

About you

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related field

  • Experience working in warehouse operations in the clothing or textile business

  • Proficient in using ERP/WMS systems for inventory management

  • Skilled in warehouse documentation including receipts, delivery notes, and requisition forms (PO/SO)

  • High attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
